Trying to Recover License; can't install 22 on Windows 10

I purchased a licence in 2016 and am just now returning to JRiver on my new pc. When I paste my original registration code into the restore box, it generates a download for MediaCenter 22. However, Windows says it can't recognize the file type of .mjr. I've tried opening it with Winrar and 7zip. How do I open the file to install it in the first place?
