I'm using JRemote to stream music to my ipad, but volume leveling is not working. I generated 3 files, 440 Hz, 0db, 440 Hz -6db and 440 Hz -10db. I run analyze and it turned out to level the files to -17db. The values were -17db for the 0db file, -11db @ -6db and -7db @ -10db for volume leveling. When I play those files local, the volume is exact equal, playing remote, the volume jumps, indicating that the volume leveling is not honored by JRemote. Am I doing something wrong or is this feature not working at all?
Anyone has a clue?
