Problems with video playback MC24

Hi, I have upgraded to MC24 but cannot get video during playback, only audio is playing. Working perfectly in MC23. Audio only is off and all Video settings are exactly the same as in MC23. Please help!

Also since installing MC24 I get the message Allow this App to make changes to settings Yes/No everytime I start MC23 or MC24. Very annoying! How to I suppress this?

If you alternate between MC23 and MC24, you will get the popup asking you for permission because MC needs administrator rights in order to switch between versions.

It is also possible that the video playback issue is also caused by not having enough rights.  When you play most videos MC needs to download some needed components and possibly needs administrator rights in order to do that. 

So, for video playback, try running MC24 as an administrator at least once.

Uninstalled 24, rebooted and re-installed, now working perfectly ;)
