Can't restore license

I had to replace a computer and have reinstalled MC17 on it....you emailed me a license code to restore but several tries return only a "cannot find this code" message. I have re-entered, double checked the code, rebooted, tried different browsers, but no luck. Can you help?

Did you try copy and paste?  The letter O and the number 0 look alike.  So do l and 1.   Case matters.

Make sure you have installed and run MC17.

Thanks Jim....it was 0 vs O. and message said it was installed but MC still showed it is unregistered. I then did it the other way...via email and it worked. Go figure. Anyway all is well now, thanks for the help.
