I'm trying to use JRiver24 on Mac using my Oppo HA-2 DAC via USB, I have tried all the settings I can think of and yet all I get is static and very low bass output. No volume adjustment with both JRiver at Maximum and the HA-2 set to maximum volume....

When I switch over to my Audioquest Dragonfly (v1) I get perfectly clear audio, rich bass, and adjustable volume.

I make my selection in Mac OS Audio Midi set up and go with the default (172Khz 32 bit)

Any ideas on what I'm missing?
