Display pop-up menu - optional please

Please provide a preference to disable or allow right-click only for this display pop-up menu.  It is frequently popping up when I try to move the MC window.   It is customary to be able to move a macOS window in the empty area at the top of the window, and this display area at the top of the MC window is very hard to determine.
