make usb stick for car from jriver aiff files

I have ripped all my cds using jriver in aiff format.  how would i take a playlist and put it on a usb stick to play in a car. i am not good at computers but know enough to do it with good directions. thanks for the help.

Does the car player play AIFF?

Handheld Sync would work (on the wiki).

Drag and drop might.
