is there a way to edit/modify the choices that appear when clicking the scrollbars of mood, preference, situation etc? at least i would like to be able to remove a few of the thing that appear there.

Select the files that are assigned to whatever mood, pref, etc that you want to get rid of and then delete it or change it to something different.

Sorry, I wasn't precise enough . . . what I meant, is that I want to remove them from the list of choices.

Yes, but the reason the entries are in the list is because you have some files assigned to them. The only way to delete an entry from the list, as far as I know, is to select the files that are assigned to that entry, then clear the field or assign a different entry.
