CD BURNER
« on: January 21, 2003, 10:39:03 am »

When I drag mp3 music files to the queue it seems to work, says it's finish, but does not burn the tracks on the cd-r discs.

I'm having a similar problem.   Media Center 9 says the burn has completed successfully and ejects the disk.  But when I check the CD with Windows Explorer it says
"the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable"

I'm running MC 9.0.88 on Win 2000, and have checked to make sure the test option is unchecked.

For comparison, I copied a group of MP3s from my hard drive to a CD with "Nero-burning Rom" and the resultant CD works fine.

KingSparta, what do you mean?

Juke Box 8 worked fine for this, but Media Center 9 isn't working, at least not for Dexter and myself.

I hate to sound cynical, but that doesn't sound like enhanced burning.

Any suggestions for other things I could check to solve this problem?
