ID on USB stick and newer Nucs

I purchased the USB stick version of the ID when it was offered and am now thinking about upgrading to one of the newer NUCs. Is the stick still compatible with the newer versions?

Keep in mind, we haven't tested the Id user build sticks in a while, so I really don't know. However, if you're thinking about anything later than a NUC6, probably not. They require newer versions of Debian than what the Ids use.

Ok thanks...so if I upgrade it's probably best to stick with the models you've been using.

We're really not sure. Those sticks are pretty old, so they might not even work on the NUC6. What
might
work is updating the existing drive to the latest Id version of 24. Then you could try swapping the drive into a NUC6CAYH. That's probably your best bet, but we still don't know if it will work for sure.
