New FFMPEG
« on: November 28, 2018, 11:23:02 am »

8. Changed: Updated FFmpeg to 4.1, used for file analysis and transcoding.

Would re-analyzing files lead to different results than the FFmpeg version used before? If so, which (e.g. different peak level)?
