Using JRiver convolution on audio from a Daw

I hope I'm explaining this correctly.
Using Mac.

In have room correction filters from accourate.
I want to use these filters in JRiver's convolution such:

Play files on the daw (protools) --> have the audio intercepted by jriver for room correction convolution --> have the corrected audio sent out by jriver to the soundcard/interface.

Is this possible with jriver (or together with other solutions)?
