Lost My Media Files
« on: December 17, 2018, 11:04:38 am »

I've got a question, I just installed JRiver about a week ago and went to update my music files and in the process I wiped the library in order to rebuild it with the new music I just added, now I can't do the Auto update and can't get the albums and music to remain in JRiver. Could someone Tell Me how to fix this minor setback as I like JRiver because of it's Functionality. Thanks

MC automatically creates backups of the library. Find the latest good backup and restore it.

Then never ever clear your library just to import some new music. Oh. Wait. You didn't Clear the library, did you? You just deleted all the music out of it. Read this as well: https://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Library_Manager

Search the Wiki and/or Forum for instructions on finding and Restoring a backup.
