Radio Swiss Jazz will not play

I know it's been discussed, but I have seen no solution.  I have yet to hear one sound from Radio Swiss Jazz.  I press START THE RADIO and nothing happens, although Radio Swiss Classic has worked since day one.  What can I do to make it work?

Radio swiss jazz is working fine for me - just click the play button and voilá.

So some have said.  I'm still await the first sound from Radio Swiss Jazz.  A box pops up when I initiate Radio Swiss Classic.  It never happens on Jazz.

Sorry.  Been a while since I've been here.

1. I bring up Radio Swiss Classic
2. I click on Start the Radio
3. A box appears that gives me the options of Play Stream, Add Stream to Web Media, and Record Stream for x minutes.  The box also offers the option Keep using this answer, which has never worked as the box always appears.
4. I click OK and the music starts.

None of the above happens when I select Radio Swiss Jazz.

I am currently at v.67, but this behavior has been identical in every version since the advent of streaming on JRiver.

I only see that one when I click on a url stream, never seen it when clicking on the main icons in the streaming window!

I am clicking on the main icons in the streaming window.  Never brought it up any other way.

Is there an answer to this?  There is no reason to believe my version of MC67 is any different from anyone else's.
