I have JRiver set up on my main computer running as the server and another instance on a htpc running JRiver as a client. I just purchased a new router and now I can't access my library. I tried deleting the old library and getting a new code on the server, but no luck.
I'm sure I'm missing something obvious, but networking isn't my specialty, to say the least. Are there exceptions for JRiver I need to put in the new router to allow it access around the firewall? If so, can anyone give me some specific info on how to do it? Is there a special ip address I need to enter, etc...
As I said, I'm not great with the networking stuff.
Any help is much appreciated:)
Thanks,
Drew
