I deleted the plugins and now no 3d. I went into advanced settings and checked exclusive and it still doesn't go into exclusive or start 3d

Okay so I got it into 3d and got sound and it was playing. Still had to use full screen exclusive mode to get it into 3d and it will only work if audio is direct sound and not my receiver which means no bitstreaming. When it is working, the render times are way too high and the render queues aren't filling fully yet looking at the actual settings in madvr advanced settings, it appears to be at the lowest. Does anyone have any idea how to fix?

Do you have the latest drivers installed for your motherboard and Skylake CPU?
We seem to be coming down to nVidia works, Intel iGPU doesn't. But then you said 3D works using mpc-BE with Madvr and lav filters, and Kodi DS Player, on the same hardware.
You need to start digging into logs.
