Custom Playlist view with just Album covers showing once?
(1/1)
mimizone:
I am still evaluating Media Center against Audirvana.
In Audirvana, a playlist can be displayed as a list of albums. If multiple tracks are from the same album, the cover shows up only once.
I use that view to take a screenshot of the covers I gonna listen to to share on Facebook and such...
I'd like to replicate that in Media Center, but so far it shows the covers for each track, so multiple times.
I could find how to customize the view to achieve my goal.
Any idea if it's possible?

I believe a "playlists view" will do it for you. Read these instructions and let us know how this works for you.

Thanks so much Brian.
It's pretty close!!
I'd like to keep the album covers in the order of the playlist but I can't find the right field to sort like that.

I can't think of a way to do that right off. Hopefully this will work for you as is.
Happy listening.
Brian.

I sort by "Display Expression" and it seems to do the trick so far.
Not sure what Display Expression is though :)
