I always get: No information available from the selected result.

I've set media type and subtype to video and tv show. I've set name, series, season and episode. This should be enough to get some results but its not getting anything.

I've been trying to get info for Game of Thrones. I can manually browse the thetvdb website and find results so why isn't MC finding any?

Edit: actually after several attempts, it found 3 or 4 of them (from 7 complete seasons). I don't understand why it found those and when I retry those MC found, I get No information available from the selected result.

The site doesn't seem particularly busy, I don't see timeouts or delays.

Any ideas whats going on here?

Fixed it, this was weird.

When I looked in C:\Windows\Temp, it was full of directories with symbols and Asian characters. I couldn't remove the folders due to permission issues. After I cleaned up Temp and rebooted 'Get Movie and TV info' worked again. It's now making a 'J River' folder in Temp with its files, no more Asian characters and logging looks clean.
