How do I get playlists displayed in the order they are created when using Playlist Groups in Theater View???

Example: I've created a playlist which contains the Marvel superhero movies in the order they should be watched, but when I view the playlist in Theater View the films are sorted alphabetically rather than the actual playlist sequence.

Tried a bunch of options but cannot get it to display without sorting...

have you tried putting the year first? (1976)

I just tried this on a client so it may be different on your setup but it worked. I just re-ordered videos in a playlist switched to Theater View and they stayed in the new order.

Are you using a regular playlist or smartlist?

Regular playlist for this... just dragging and dropping the movies onto the list in correct sequence...

I wonder what is changing the sort order...

OK, taking another look at this...

There are two options for adding a Playlist

Playlist - playlist being a single playlist
Playlist Group - being a group

Playlist honours the original playlist order
Playlist group does not (at least not for my setup)

I can manually add individual playlists to my view, but the power option is Playlist Group as that enables me to create new playlists in MC and they auto-appear in the Theater View.

I suspect this is something that needs dev attention.

And another restriction: cannot add Playlist to a sub/submenu items, so using Playlist is not the solution anyway
