Movie Subtitles Sync Issue

Humbledore:
Hi,

I have a movie, Logan Lucky, that is completely out of subtitles sync, around 30 seconds behind the sound. I wonder if it's possible to synchronize it?

EDIT: I seem to have more than one movie with this issue. Any setting that needs to be modified?
