Podcasts - help out a total noob?!

Hi, I've never used a podcast and for the life of me I can't figure it out.

I'm trying to access "Mueller She Wrote". I can't find anywhere that gives me an XML link I can successfully paste in to the "add new feed" option in MC, and if I search from the browser within MC anything I access tries to open with some other Windows app or service. Obviously I'd like it to happen within MC.

What am I missing here?
