24.0.17 (1/31/2019)

1. Changed: Panel - Removed the zone "Here," which referred to the web browser, from JRiver for Android. The default zone is now "Player."

Not sure if this is a bug or not, but version 24.0.20 of the app still isn't picking up all my (FLAC) music files from the sd card (even though they're all in the "Music" folder there), missing roughly 1500 tracks that are present (and playable) in Poweramp. I also have no playlists, which are in the same "Music" folder on the sd card.

I did notice what might be a bug with the missing music files though: brackets in the album title. I tag from Allmusic and have a lot of deluxe/super-deluxe editions of albums, and on AMG, they tend to use brackets to signify these, e.g., Nirvana's "In Utero [Super Deluxe]." Of course I haven't gone through every album title I have on the phone with brackets, but I tried a few artists at random, and none of the album titles containing brackets showed up in the app. Are there special character limitations in Android?

If it matters, these files were missing in the app on both my old Galaxy S7 and on my new Note 9 that has a different sd card.

I just purchased jriver for Android as it was the same price as jremote. Figured it'll do the same and more.

Unfortunately I just get a white screen with a bar on top. The menu opens, quit and about work, I also see the notification with play and pause.

I force quit it, cleared cache and data but it just opens a white page.

Any ideas?
Thanks.
