MQA  --  Solution in pursuit of a problem.

I happen to share Jim's opinion of MQA and personally find it to be pointless (not to mention it's not actually lossless contrary to the claims that it is). So while official support is likely not going to happen, you can however passthrough MQA to your MQA-supporting DAC through MC by a) not using any DSP whatsoever (no output format, volume leveling, adaptive volume, etc.) and b) having both internal volume in MC along with system volume set to 100%. I've been told that does work, but I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't.

Buy real lossless high-res files in an open format such as FLAC instead of distorted and lossy high-res files in the MQA format.
Or better yet, reject snake-oil and stick with CD-quality tracks instead.
