My best guess is that there may be a problem with the file paths for those files. You can confirm this by trying to play those files from within MC. If there is a problem, the files will not play.

I am referring to editing tags for the songs on iPod. When you click on the iPod drive letter, you are viewing the iPod files from within MC. Any edits you do to the files are occuring on the iPod.
