I did what you suggested, but it didn't work and got the same loop. licence is not valid

Use copy and paste.  An MC26 license will definitely work with 25.0.114.  Details are here:

my licence is MC25 and not MC26.
I always use copy and paste to enter registration code.
I downloaded 25.0.114, restored with registration code, but still doesn't work.
