Restore license MJ 8

Can someone please help me restore my license?
After rebuilding my system several days ago I went to the web site to restore the license and received a code, but it didn't work. At that time I had 10 restores left.
After repeated attempts I have no more restores left and still haven't been able to restore the license.

?
Any advise?

It now shows 14 restores left, but when I copy the code in it says "Unknown failure. Tell John."
What now?
I've obviously done something wrong, but what?

You don't need to do anything but visit the restore page (using IE) and enter your reg code.  The rest should be automatic.

Update your version of MJ if it's old.
