In 25.0.74, we've added an Options page for Cloudplay.  You can set rules for files you want included or excluded.  Here's an example of how I have mine set:

-[Genre]="metal" -[Genre]="punk" -[Genre]="christian" -[Genre]="christmas"

Those genres are excluded when I play from Cloudplay or Radio JRiver.

Tools > Options > Cloudplay.
