Long time ueser of using JR to play downloaded content from my NAS but have never used streaming services directly thru JR.

The Criterion Channel just started yesterday and am excited to use it. I always download videos from Netflix, etc but cannot yet do it from Criterion. So I have set up the channel under the streaming Services area, use chrome as default browser, entered credentials and began [playing but then got this erre;

"This video could not load or timed out. Try refreshing the page and playing again."

Can't figure out why.

Also don't know if I'm using this feature properly or if there is a better way to stream from a service such as Criterion through JR. Any suggestions will be appreciated!
