question about restoring license

I have upgraded to media 25, but my license is not being recognized. Any suggestions?

I thought I purchased an upgrade from 24 to 25 for Mac in March.  (I have the Visa receipt.)  It seems I may have purchased another 24.  At any rate, my old key doesn't seem to work for the upgrade---and I think I'm on another free trial for it.

I answered your email request.  It was March of 2018, so that was an MC24 license.
