I am a heavy player of music videos and in particular through MKV-files. These files have chapters, but by default the chapter files only contain a chapter number and the begin and end time. I would like to have all my music videos to have the chapter info (i.e. track info of the music piece (concert, opera, oratorium, etc.)) in the chapter file, which makes navigating the video in JRiver much more easy and informative. For videos with a limited number of chapters, I use MKVToolNix and edit the chapter info manually. When the video has a lot of chapters (typically opera or oratoria) this is a nightmare and MKVToolNix does not make the process easier.

Is there other software which let you edit MKV chapter files in a more efficient way and in bulk.
