Select a file in the list.  Start editing a field.  Then press page up or page down and it will increment the list selection.

Which list are we talking about ? Where is it ?

Any list of files in the program will increment the selection with page up and page down.  You might even give it a try

Been trying it all morning but nothing happens.

Also, what exactly does "increment the selection" mean in this situation ? Are we talking about going to the next file with pg up / pg dn ?

Show a list of files in MC... Any list you fancy...
Open the tag window.
Select a file from the list (click on one).
Click on a field in the tag window to open it for editing...

Now, in previous builds, if you select a different file in the list, the field open for editing in the tag window would close. Notice that now, it doesn't, it remains open for editing on the newly selected file. In this scenario, pressing page up selects the previous file in the list, and pressing page down, selects the next file in the list.

I like this behaviour, a lot.
