4k HDMI Audio Extractor without remote

I don't want to route the audio signal through the optical output of my TV anymore (limitation to 16bit/48 kHz).

Are there any audio extractors with HDMI ARC input, 2 x additional HDMI input and SPDIF output (24/32 bit 96kHz) which doesn't need a remote (which will be an add on remote) for switching?
