Cannot de-select video director's commentary 25.0.45
« on: June 02, 2019, 09:12:24 am »

I'm new to the forum and to JRiver (used Windows Media Center until my reluctant upgrade to Win10 in April 2019).

So many videos these days have additional soundtracks of the director nattering about the movie.  You can deselect this on the dvd main menu, but on JRiver this deselect doesn't stick, and I cannot get rid of this annoying soundtrack.  I have looked at the various options and I do not see anything that will let me select the main movie soundtrack.  Can someone please help me?

I am mainly watching dvd's that I have stored on a synology NAS using DVD decrypter or CloneDVD.  I think I can strip audio tracks out of the dvd with CloneDVD but some of these dvd's have been on my drive for years and I do not want to have to re-clone them.

Any advice?

when watching movie … press up/down arrow key to navigate through available menus … one of them will be language … use left/right arrows to select desired track
