This may have been covered before somewhere in this broad community, but as a dummy I need help. I have hundreds of artists in the library, and sometimes rarely I get the sidebar in the HEOS app that allows me to pick a letter A-Z that will narrow my selection process but I cannot get any consistency. It was configurable by the previous server I used and the feature was always available, but I in ignorance cannot find it now in JRiver. It is JRiver 25 and the latest HEOS version I can get for the devices, 1.505.140. The app is 1.505.130 for iOS, also the latest I can access.
