When I right click on an item in the left hand tree, I get a menu - with a choice for "File Properties".

In v8, this would bring up all files in the File Properties editor for that tree selection.

In v9, its brings up the File Properties editor, but says "no files selected".

I liked the v8 behaviour better, and unless it works like v8, then what is the "File Properties" for on the menu in v9 since it doesn't really do anything?
