[Fixed] Volume Slider Moves Sluggishly When I Try to Move It

Whenever I start MC21, the volume slider at the upper left corner of the screen is set to something really low (like 10-20%). When I try to increase the setting by moving the slider to the right of the screen, it does move but it seems to be "reluctant" to do so. If I drag it slow enough, it eventually gets to 100%.

Once it is set to 100%, then anything I play sounds with normal volume until I close and then restart MC21.

I thought I asked this question sometime in the last 2 years but I am not able to find that thread, so I thought I would ask again.

What do I do to make the volume slider at 100% when I start MC21?

Immediately after I posted the above post, I found the answer to my problem.

It seems I always find the answers to my problems AFTER I post the problem  :-[
