Sync with High Res Audio DAP

I am testing a High Res Audio DAP of a little known brand and when I synchronize the files I have two problems. The first that the covers remain in their original format. I have tried several options and I can't get JRiver to transform them into 320x240, despite the option 'images'. The rest of the synchronization works fine but there is another problem with the name of the files. I have marked that the same audio format is maintained (all FLAC) and the app names the files by repeating the file extension:

03 Milestones.flac.flac
