i bought jriver media center 20 and everything worked fine because someone had installed it for me.

i wanted to use jriver media center 20 and i have the following message:

I sent an email to the forum, I was told to uninstall and reinstall.

i got to go to mc 20 and i wanted to install mc river 25, but i could not find my music.

I was told to delete this software I bought a software to uninstall properly, but I could not access media 20 and jriver media 25 is there, but I can not open it.

currently at work, i contacted apple to know the reason for the message

MC25 does work with Mojave. All you have to do to get your music/library back is restore a library backup made in MC20 in MC25, and that should fix that. MC20 to MC23 on the other hand will crash on Mojave, but there's a workaround posted in this topic: https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,118316.0.html

MC 25 should run on Mojave.  I have it running on my Mac with Mojave without any problems.

I think you just want to get the music you had in MC20 into MC25.  You should be able to do that.  MC 20 makes automatic backups .  You can use one of those backup files to restore into MC 25.

You should see several backup files from MC 20 and they are probably located at:

[ Your User Directory ]/Documents/JRiver/Media Center 20/Library Backups/

In MC 25 just do:

File > Library > Restore Library

Then tell it to use one of those backup files.  You should get all of your music back in MC 25.
