I don't think I'm interested in a trip to France for this particular purpose.  I speak essentially zero French; just a little in high school.

I *might* be convinced to do a screen sharing session to try to evaluate the situation and see what I can fix.  Even that, without a good translator, would be quite difficult.

There's got to be someone in France who's good at MC.  Or England?
