Sudden problem with playing files: "File could not be found"

When ever I go to "audio" and attempt to play a file, The "File could not be found. Check that the file name in the library matches the file name on disk."  All of the files are named the same on the disk, and the files play from the disk without a problem. But MC will not play them. This has never happened before. Windows 10 is the OS on my desktop.
