Coming next build we'll show the artist and track name in the tooltip of the taskbar popup.

I was wishing there was a way to show me what was playing because I was playing a song I really liked and realized the only way to figure it out was to fully restore Media Center.

It's a little change, but I like it

Edit by JimH:  I added an image.  The tooltip is at the very top.  If you hover your mouse over the program icon in the taskbar for a few seconds while a track is playing, you will see it pop up.

I like it, too! Maybe (and this isn't meant to be a knock on what you've already done) add it to the notification area of Windows 10 at track change? Just an idea.

How i do activate or see this implementation?
3. NEW: Made the tooltip for the taskbar popup contain the artist and name of the playing track.
Because i search, but i can't find how to see that pop up. Or im stupid...

When Media Center is started, move the mouse over the MC icon in the taskbar and stay there.

Thank you for the tip. And this remember me a old plugin for Windows which is not working anymore on new version.
Maybe we can resurrect the thing that plugin had with this new one addition.

This. I would love this. Would come in handy for my single screened workstations. Not so needed on my dual monitor setup but on my laptops I would love it.
