In Parametric Equalizer Volume level for sub works on all channels
Also when I set the main volume control to 40, the audio path says adjusted audio -30 for internal volume does that sound correct?

25.0.107 (9/27/2019)
1. Fixed: Undid the "All channels" handling in the Parametric Equalizer volume and mute filters because it was causing all channels to be processed even if only selected ones were checked.

The volume control is just 0 to 100% adjustment. It isn't measured in dB. How many dB changes a particular volume setting corresponds to depends on what you have set for the Reference Level in Settings. On my system here, a volume of 40% corresponds to -30 dB as well. Play with it. Or search the forum for a complete explanation.
The Equaliser and Parametric Equalizer work in dB.
