I want to hide some of the options that appear in the left side bar in Standard View.

I set the view to Audio Only Mode which removed some other views

I do not want to see the following items: 
  CloudPlay
  Streaming
  Service and Plug-ins

Also, in Playlists, I cannot seem to remove the Web Media playlist.

MC's Options > General > Features and uncheck features you don't need (e.g. Streaming). You can't get rid of the Service and Plug-ins section though. Also don't think you can remove Web Media either.
