Recently upgraded MC25 to MC26 ...WDM driver has vanished.
Win10 32 bit. MC 26.0.12 Options->General->Features
WDM driver uncheck, shutdown, restart, WMD driver check, shutdown restart. Windows Sound devices have no WDM or MC identified drivers available. What happened???
Also tried starting each time with elevate to Adminstrator, no difference.

Hopefully revise MC26 so that WDM works ok. Having to reinstall the older version to fix the new version is not a preferred method.
Hey I know software is tricky. In the mid-1990s I knocked a sizeable portion of the IRS data network off the air for a few days, due to multiple groups' dodgy network choices. The suits were not happy. I can only take credit for putting the last straw on a camel. Amazingly, I kept my job!
