Hello there,

playing around and trying to find a way to sync volume between Roon and an exaSound e20, I stumbled across a setting in Roon which seems to give me what I want (please see attached screenshot). I control the volume inside Roon from let's say a MacBook and it syncs with a PC running MC and the exaSound e20 (using a MC Plugin). I assume the "WASAPI: JRiver Media Center 25" option (in Roon) is available due to the WDM driver running?!
Could somebody please explain if there are any drawbacks (latency?) to this setting? Also: how can the volume be controlled via WASAPI when the output is (exaSound) ASIO? Just trying to understand the flow..
