Reset License Key...Too many restores...

I am out too. I am trying to navigate through the maze, but could not restore my permanent license yet.

I bought it on October 2015. I have been using it without a problem until I had to update my PC. Everything else is working except for JRiver. The forums and links took me to roadblocks, and all the time they suggest me to buy an update instead of restoring my permanent license.


What to do???
