Can't sync to sdcard on galaxy s9+

I can't sync to the sdcard of my Galaxy S9+.
It starts the sync process an returns error for each file transferred.
It is set to convert to mp3 and transfer to the sdcard.
I works on an sdcard attached via usb but it won't work on a card in the phone.
