CloudPlay Web Console Connection refused error

I have CloudPlay working in my Media Center 26 apart from the previously mentioned problem with the Search Window.

When I try to log in via web browser though it works for a second and then changes to the following error screen:

This site can’t be reached localhost refused to connect.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Is it not supposed to work via web browser?  or is there something wrong?

It's no longer supported from a browser.  Sorry.

Is there any way to use CloudPlay via JRemote?
