Access key server not reachable
« on: April 21, 2020, 03:20:54 pm »

Hello:
For the past 24 hours. I am not able to log in to my server via the dlna stuff.
I got a new access key, no luck, it says Access key server not reachable.
I also tried my other IP address, no luck.
My wired and wireless on the ubuntu server are not disconnecting. I have also re booted the router.
Cell phones and other connection via the tvs do not connect.
I just installed 26.0.66. Will try this new release.
With 26.0.66 no luck
Thanks.

Seems like it was running fine, I could get to mine without trouble but I restarted the server anyway.

Very strange.
I have been involved in a ripping marathon for almost 5 weeks. I lost between 700-1000 titles due to corruption and a couple of hard drive failures.
I just got done, then on 4 15 2020,  NEWS about Makemkv version 1.15.1 dropped on us with ability to rip Dolby Vision titles. Here  begins my ripping marathon 2. I have to use Flash light to sort out all  titles with Dolby vision. Maybe the server does not want me to connect while all these are going on (grin)
I will later on today shut down the server, reboot it including the Wifi , and the Spectrum box, maybe this will solve it.

What throws more chaos on this is wife connects from home to her servers worldwide in Singapore, Switzerland,. Germany and several locations in the U.S with no issues, except a little bit of sluggishness.
She has been working from home on a regular basis for almost 6 weeks. As of now she is currently connected. So I have to wait until she is off before powering off.

I will keep you posted on this connectivity issues.

Thanks for looking in to it.

Greetings:

Problem still continues. Not able to get out to the Internet, probably why I get "Not able to verify Access key from JRiver server.
Spectrum tech did a reset last night, and today still not able to get on the Internet.
A second call to Spectrum revealed more issues. Ping show lots of packet loss, modem not accepting scripting or re-scripting. It looks like the modem is almost dead.
We have lots of Internet issues around Rochester NY.
A tech will be here tomorrow.

Thanks for the input.
