Converting AAC file in JRiver 26

I am trying to convert an AAC file to MP3 format. I load the file and press the 'convert' button.

When I go to the details, it says that it is processing 1 file, but the status stays at 0% forever and ever. It doesn't convert the file at all and there are no messages saying why that is.

Any ideas?
